Professor of Chemistry
Professor V Rakesh Reddy (CRR) studied his Post-Graduation from NIT Warangal in Organic chemistry as specialization. He started his teaching career in 2006 when he recruited by FIITJEE in NITW campus. He enjoyed his initial days as a teacher by presenting chemistry in most interesting manner. His growth was very rapid in the organization. He worked as HOD of Chemistry department and eventually became Centre Head of FIITJEE KK NAGAR Branch. He built the center from scratch and under his leadership institution grown from 50 students to 600 students in very short period of time. During this time, he produced Tamil Nadu toppers from his branch. As a part of his duties, he participated enthusiastically in academic counselling sessions with hundreds of parents. These meetings changed his mind set entirely about education and teaching the children. He realized that teaching is much bigger responsibility than training and producing few rankers. Every student should be given enough importance, should create good learning atmosphere and carefully nurture them to improve from their current levels. He founded RISE INSTITUTE in 2017 and this ideology became DNA of the institution.
CRR sir teaching style is like story telling. He links up chemistry concepts with real life examples so that students can grasp the concepts easily. He breaks down a difficult concept into simpler and smaller parts so that complex problems can be solved easily by every student. Students also appreciate the way he handles the class and his sense of humor. In his 17 years of career, he produced toppers of Tamil Nadu several times in IIT JEE and NEET. His students got ALL INDIA RANKS 16, 36, 40, 55, 73, 73, 80 (List goes on) in IIT JEE. Several of his students got medical seats in top medical schools of Tamil Nadu. One of his student G Pradeep got two gold medals in International Olympiad. Through RISE, he is determined to make QUALITY EDUCATION affordable and available for every student. His students have success stories in every competitive exam which includes IIT JEE, NEET, BIT SAT, IISER, NISER, IIIT, Olympiads etc.
Prof. Nirmala Reddy K
Professor of Chemistry
Professor Nirmala Reddy K, a faculty of Chemistry is a well-known teacher in Chemistry in Chennai. Her teaching style is lucid and fun. She creates interest in Chemistry to every student and make them fundamentally strong in every concept.
After completion of Post-Graduation from NIT Warangal, she began her career in FIITJEE. During this period, she handled top students and batches for IIT JEE, NEET, KVPY AND OLYMPIADS. Several of her students excelled and got top ranks in entrance exams like IIT JEE, AIEEE etc. After three years, she started her own coaching RISING SUN ACADEMY. Through this, she helped hundreds of NEET and JEE students to achieve their goals.
After gaining almost 12 years of experience in this field, she co-founded RISE INSTITUTE along with Prof. Rakesh Reddy (CRR). Through RISE, she is committed to make QUALITY EDUCATION available to all students.
Prof. K S Balaji
Professor of Physics
Taking pride to introduce our Physics faculty K S Balaji. He studied Integrated M.Sc from IIT Kanpur and completed Ph.D from the University of California. He has vast experience over 30 years as IIT JEE physics teacher. He produced thousands of rankers in IITJEE, NEET, Olympiads and other competitive examinations. He makes Physics very simple and interesting.
Prof. M Ashwin
Professor of Physics
Professor Ashwin, a faculty of Physics is a renowned teacher for Physics in Chennai. After completing his graduation in B Tech from IIT Madras, he began his career in a core industry in a leading Multi-National Automobile Manufacturer. Shortly thereafter he was associated in a statistical project with a Global Business Management Firm. It involved Statistical Mapping of data to create analytical tools based on time rate and age of machines. After completion of the projects, rather than using his skills for furthering the interests of corporate firms he wanted to put his core academic skills to use. With this intention he started teaching Physics for students who were keen on preparing for IIT JEE. With a humble beginning towards teaching in 2012 he has now come a long way in mentoring and guiding aspirants in the area of PHYSICS for IIT JEE, NEET, OLYMPIADS, KVPY and Boards. His specialty lies in making the toughest concepts of Physics interesting to the student and making them gain confidence in the subject. Many of his students have been Toppers in Prestigious Exams and hundreds of his students have been placed in Nationally renowned institutes like IITs, NITs, AIIMS, BITS, IISC, State funded medical colleges (like MMC, KMC, Stanley) etc among a lot more.
Prof. Santosh Kumar MVRK

Professor Santhosh Kumar finished his M.Sc (Mathematics) from Andhra University. He started his career as
Sr. Lecturer. He has having more than 15 years of teaching and nurturing the students for various National Level exams like IIT JEE, BITSAT, IISER, IISC, CMI, ISI and Olympiads like RMO, INMO, KVPY, NTSE etc.,
His passion is problem solving and he is the problem solver and proposer for International Mathematical magazines like Mathematical Reflections and Crux Mathematicorum.
His strength is to make concepts clear and train the students to improve their problem-solving skills in various methods. In his career he produced several rankers in IIT JEE, other competitive exams and National Level Olympiads. He is having more than 15 years of experience at various National Branded

Prof. Dr. Mrs.Chitra Natarajan
Professor of Biology
Professor Dr. (Mrs). Chitra Natarajan, a faculty of Biology is a renowned teacher in Biology in Chennai. She completed her M.Sc. and Ph.D. in the field of Endocrinology, Department of Zoology. After her P.hD. she worked in several high positions. Some of them are teaching assistant in M.S. University in Baroda, Assistant Professor of Physiology in PSG College of Medical Sciences and Research Coimbatore. Senior Professor of Biology in Brilliant tutorials, Chennai. She started training students for medical entrance examinations for almost 20 years and she has totally 32 years of teaching experience. She has moulded more than two hundred students into responsible doctors.
